C. Larry Hofmeister, Jr

Larry is the firm's Managing Partner and has been practicing law as a creditors' rights attorney for over thirty-five (35) years. He holds an AV Martindale-Hubbell rating with a "Preeminent" peer review designation. His practice is concentrated in the area of creditors' rights and is focused on loan workouts and restructures, commercial/residential foreclosures, bankruptcy, and related litigation. Larry represents community, regional, and national financial institutions with regard to their loan default needs. He has obtained favorable results for clients in commercial/consumer loan workouts and restructures, redocumentation of troubled loans, foreclosures as well as Article 9 Sales, and also matters involving relief from the automatic stay, use of cash collateral, plan confirmation, and claim objections. Larry has liquidated numerous large real estate development projects (including raw land and agricultural use properties), retail, office, and mixed-use properties. In 2005, Larry was appointed as a Court Auditor by the Judges of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, Maryland, and has been serving as Court Auditor since that time. As Court Auditor, he is responsible for preparing and filing the Court Audits, and Statements of Account in foreclosure, receivership, dissolution, and liquidation cases. Larry also serves as Chairman of the Baltimore County Board of Property Review for the State Roads Commission of the State Highway Administration.

Scott R. Robinson

Scott manages the firm's Litigation/Bankruptcy Department and has been practicing law for more than thirty (30) years. Scott has extensive experience in debtor/creditor rights cases, collections, bankruptcy, and foreclosure, as well as real estate and title curative litigation. Scott currently represents community, regional, and national financial institutions, with regard to their loan default needs and has obtained favorable results for clients in commercial/consumer loan default disputes, post-sales challenges to foreclosure actions, adversary proceedings in bankruptcy court, matters involving relief from the automatic stay, use of cash collateral, plan confirmation and claim objections. He is eligible to practice in all state and federal courts in Maryland and the District of Columbia, as well as the Federal Fourth Circuit and Supreme Court of the United States. Early in his career Scott also represented individual and business debtors, as well as secured creditors and bankruptcy trustees. As a consequence, Scott brings a balanced perspective and approach to cases. He has presented lectures and seminars for the Maryland State Bar Association Consumer Bankruptcy Section, Montgomery Bar Association, and has edited sections of the Maryland Practice Manual for MICPEL.

Ralph J. DiPietro

Ralph has been practicing law for over thirty (30) years. For the past twenty-two (22) years his practice has been concentrated in the area of creditors’ rights. Over that time Ralph has represented financial institutions in State and Federal Court and has litigated a wide range of issues including but not limited to pre and post-sale contests to foreclosure actions, adversary proceedings in bankruptcy court, and federal court litigation involving alleged violations of TILA, FDCPA, and other commonly used consumer law protection statutes. Presently, Ralph runs the firm's Foreclosure Department and represents community, regional, and national financial institutions with regard to their default needs. His current practice is focused in the areas of loan workouts and restructures, commercial and residential foreclosures as well as title curative work. He is eligible to practice in all state courts in Maryland and the District of Columbia as well as in the Fourth and DC Circuits of the United States. Ralph also serves as an adjunct professor at American University’s Washington College of Law and serves as President of the Cape May Jazz Festival Foundation.

Robert S. Glushakow

Rob is "of counsel" to the firm and practices in the areas of banking law, commercial transactions, real estate, creditor's rights, and bankruptcy. Rob is a past lecturer for National Business Institute and has lectured on real estate title issues, survey issues, foreclosures, transactions, and settlements. Rob is a past faculty member of the Maryland State Bar Association Professionalism Course. He received his BS degree from Towson State University and his JD degree from the University of Baltimore. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Inc., the Baltimore County Bar Association, and the American College of Mortgage Attorneys. He was selected for inclusion in Maryland Super Lawyers from 2008-2018 and possesses an AV Preeminent Rating of 5 through Martindale Hubbel.
